AI SkillLab runs in a browser, giving trainees access to training from wherever is most convenient. Once opened, trainees have access to every scenario in the AI SkillLab library. Training Coordinators can assign specific trainings to trainees to shore up problem areas or address weaknesses.
Once a trainee starts up a scenario, an instance of ProQA® Paramount starts in their browser window and an AI Agent acting as the caller begins interacting with the trainee. The AI Agent responds to the questions asked by the trainee and the program records how the trainee enters information into ProQA.
All this activity generates data to be analyzed by the Training Coordinator, helping them identify strengths and areas of improvement for each of their trainees.
